Circling the Promised Land  places six women in a liminal state. Repetitive rocking and swaying motions endured for an hour and a half test their endurance, and they must rely on each others' energy to get through the work. The phrase 'the blind are leading the blind' was taken into consideration during the creation process, resulting in a metaphoric pilgrimage that has no end in sight. It takes place upon a 20' x 25' cardboard installation.
